In order to change the tariff package, the subscriber must apply to Customer Servise Offices and write appropriate inquiry or use your personal account.
12. Which currency is used for payment?
All payments are accepted only in Azerbaijani manats either in cash or through transfers.
13. Where can the subscribers get the news about the company?
All news are available on www.connect.az, at online chat on site and 159 Subscribers Centre. Besides, subscribers may obtain informations on the company's social media accounts -: www.facebook.com/CONNECT.LTD/, www.facebook.com/nntvaz/, www.instagram.com/connect_azerbaijan/, www.instagram.com/nntv_azerbaijan/. Also news are published in media.
14. What is recommended to the subscriber in order the equipmets may operate in normal regime?
For a normal operation of equipment, the subscribers are recommended to use the devices that ensure stable power transmission (UPS, stabilizers, etc).
15. Can a company alter the provisions or appendices to the contract unilaterally?
The company reserves the right to increase the number of the transmitted TV channels, change their order and, in case of technical necessity, replace them with other channels.
16. What is the warranty period term of equipment and which equipment does the warranty cover?
The warranty is envisaged for 1 year for TV equipmet (digital receiver and CAM Modul). The warranty will not be granted to subscriber if the equipment will be damaged by subscriber's fault.
17. How long is the contract valid?
The present contracts comes into effect from the day of signing by the Parties and is considered effective within the period of validity of licence of "Operator"
18. How soon the broadcasting resumes after realizing of a monthly fee?
Broadcasting suspended as a result of the Client’s failure to pay the monthly subscription fee resumes within 1 hour after payment.
19. When does the calculation period start?
The monthly subscription fee shall be calculated from the day of signing the delivery and acceptance certificate and activation of the service. The calculation period for the indicated service is 30 calendar days.
20. I would like to connect to Connect TV. What should I do?
In order to get Connect TV, you can apply to the Customer Service Department, Dealer Network, to Subscribers Centre (159), or online chat at www.connetc.az site of company and sign a contract.
