The operator of cable television and internet provider “CONNECT” has updated the section “Personal Cabinet” on its official website www.connect.az.
So, after the ongoing works in the section “Personal Cabinet” the information about internet services updated and TV section activated.
Now, subscribers of “CONNECT TV” and “CONNECT NET” logging in to the "Personal Cabinet" will be able to get relevant information about the current balance, payment made for TV or internet service, information about his/her contract (contract number, unique card and a digital device), the selected tariff and etc.
Besides, with the help of the “Personal Cabinet” the subscribers of normal tariff plan can independently switch to another tariff plan and monitor the implementation of monthly fee. In addition, the subscribers can change the password in the password change section.
It should be noted that to get access to the “Personal Cabinet” subscribers must have a relevant username and password. Subscribers of “CONNECT NET” internet provider can get this information on the last page of their contract signed with company or to call 159 to Subscribers Service. Subscribers of “CONNECT TV” cable television can get a username and password by calling 159 to Subscribers Service.
